Arrival Procedure

  1. Turn on main power (2)

  2. Turn on sub power (3)

  3. Open main entrance with key (location sent by email on booking) (1)

  4. Turn on gas bottle (16). If low or empty call owner

  5. Check rainwater level (15) - if low or empty call owner

  6. Test hot water - if no pressure check water pump and press reset if necessary (17) - water may take 6 hours to heat up

  7. Turn on fridge (23) at power point above fridge

  8. Turn on insect zapper at power point above fridge (optional - above fridge)

  9. Open roller door from inside games room (25) by manually sliding rods out of holes. Do not open second roller door - this area is for Owner Private Storage only.

  10. Roll out the little boat and trailer outside

  11. Take outdoor furniture/umbrella (wind permitting) down outside path to front yard

  12. Unload your belongings from your vehicle and put away in bedrooms, kitchen and bathrom/laundry

  13. Make your beds with your linen

  14. Fridge will take 1 hour to chill

  15. Turn on powerboard for TV and WiFi behind TV

  16. WiFi - Wait a minute or too then conect your device to TPPWAG-AA18, password sent in email on booking

  17. Television - Press button underneath TV at far left then use remote to control - choose SOURCE for local channels or YOUTUBE for internet etc. You can use your own netflix account if desired.

  18. Enjoy your stay!
